Hancock Co., Ga., Irby Hudson, late of this Co. died intestate. The Court grants William and Thomas Hudson power of admstr. May 5, 1806. Teste, Miles Green, Clerk. Certified, Richard A. Blount, Justice.
Warrants 5263-66 were issued to Tuttle, Thomas and William Hudson, Sept. 15, 1807. William Hudson was admstr. of estate of Irby Hudson. Tuttle and Irby were devisees of William Hudson.
