Last Will and Testament of Ida M. Bowen I, Ida M. Bowen, of 1136 Harvard Ave., Orlando, Florida, being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, realizing the uncertainity of life, and wishing to direct the disposition of my estate after my death, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.

Item 1 I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. Item 2 I give and bequeath to my brother Emmanuel Zumbauggh, of Wabash, IN, the sum of one hundred dollars. Item 3 I give and bequeath to my sister Maggie Holmes of North Liberty, IN, the sum of Five hundred dollars. Item 4 After the provisions of items 1, 2 and 3 have been carried out I direct that the balance of my estate be divided as follows: To my sister Anna Ransbottom and my sister Hattie McLaury all the balance of my estate of every kind and nature, share and share alike. Item 5 It is my will and wish and I hereby direct: That if any of the legatees above mentioned be not living at the time of my death, then in that event, their share above mentioned and bequeathed, be held and distributed to the legatees then living, share and share alike. I also remember and mention my brothers Frank Zumbaugh, George Zumbaugh and Harry Zumbaugh. To them I give my love and affection. item 6 I hereby nominate and appoint my sister Anna Ransbottom of Mt. Dora, Florida as Executrix of this my last will and testament, to serve without bond. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, this 7th day of Decemer, 1949. Ida M.
