Mrs. Ida Thurston, wife of George A. Thurston, who died yesterday at her home in Binghamton, will be buried Thursday. The funeral service will be conducted at the undertaking rooms of W. A. Drinkwine. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Thurston; a son Richard Thurston; her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Backman; a brother, George Backman, and two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Johnson and Mrs. Ida [sic] Hotaling, all of Syracuse. Mrs. Thurston was a resident of Syracuse for many years.
