Kittie and Hugh lived at 44 Magee Avenue (possibly also at 27 Westchester Ave.) in Rochester, N.Y.. Hugh for many years associated with the wholesale and retail of groceries.

The following is from the Corpus Christi Bulletin, Vol.35 No, 35 Sunday, September 13, 1942, Rochester,New York. H. B. Reynolds, Faithful Parishioner

"With deep regret we announce the death of one of the most faithful parishioners of Corpus Christi Parish. On last Tuesday Hugh B. Reynolds, affentionately known as Bert to young and old, was called to his reward by Almighty God. Ill for a great length of time Bert Reynolds nevertheless continued to the very last to exhibit the same deep interest in the welfare and activities of our parish. When the first Holy Sacrifice of the Mass was offered in our first church, Mr. Reynolds was not only present, but also served in the capacity of Collector. From the very first days of the parish he was actively and unusually interested in everything that concerned the parish. As Collector, Auditor, and Trustee from the beginning, he proved himself a worthy and outstanding servant of Corpus Christi. Known only to a necessary few, he exhibited a particular interest in his parish with frequent and overly generous donations. His lifetime service, given so unselfishly and so loyally, is an inspiration to every man and woman of our parish. We thank God for having given us Bert Reynolds and we hope that every parishioner of Corpus Christi Parish will emulate the loyalty and faithfulness of this fine, outstanding servant of God and the Parish. May his soul rest in eternal peace!"
