Herbert W. Crumrin, 74, of Marshall died at 9:37 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 1997 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute, Ind.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 19 at Pearce Funeral Home, with Bro. David Butts and Rev. Jeff Grant officiating. Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery, rural Marshall with military graveside rites conducted by VFW Post #5975 and Clark Co Post #90 of the American Legion. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and 7 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
He was born July 19, 1923 in Clark Co., the son of Otto and Anna (Hill) Crumrin. He was first married to Rachel Robson James and she preceded him in death in 1982. He later married Lucille Geheb Jennings.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille; three step sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Lucy James of Terre Haute, Ind., Jackie and Ann James of Coal Bluff, Ind. and Greg and Ruth A. Jennings of Janesville, Iowa; a step daughter and son-in- law, Beth and Randy Beltz of Marshall; a brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Evadene Crumrin of Marshall; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Marge and Lester Butts of Terre Haute, Ind., Dee and Ray Raschan of San Clemente, Calif., Mary and Warren Yeley of Bozeman, ....
