Sarah, dau. Hannah, Mary Summers, daus. Abigail, Patience, Martha; to son Joseph, all lands in Milford; bro. Joseph Wheeler and son Joseph Summers, Exec'rs. Wheeler refused the trust. The Exec'r reported that he had paid legacies to John Summers, Abigail Hall, Hannah Scovill, Mary Summers, Patience Hubbell, and Martha Morehouse; and tendered legacies to Samuel and Henry Summers, which they refused."
