    Iva - Henry J. Scott, 81, died at an Anderson hospital at 7:50 p.m. Thursday
    He was a native of Abbeville, a son of the late James L. and Frances Giles Scott. He was an assistant city clerk of Iva and was a retired employe of Jackson Mill.
    Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Allie Neal Broadwell Scott; seven daughters, Mrs. M. K. Lopez of Iva, Mrs. S. N. Cheek of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Gilbert R. Helms of Warner Robins, Ga., Mrs. Wayne Drake and Mrs. M. E. Warren of Anderson, Mrs. T.R. Wilkerson of Athens, Ga., and Mrs. Max H. King of Hartsville; a brother, L. O. Scott of Elbert County, Ga.; and 12 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 5 p. m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church by the Rev. Carroll Andrews and the Rev. D. B. Weber. Burial will be in Iva City Cemetery.
    Pallbearers will be Tommy Wilkerson, Maurice Lopez Jr., John Drake, Steve Helms, Jimmy King and Ressull Warren.
    The body is at McDougald Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
