Will Transcript

In the name of God Amen I henry Critser of the County of Brooke and State of Virginia being thro?, The Abundant mercy of God, tho weak in body yet of ^a sound and perfect understanding and memory Do constitute this my last Will and Testament, ___ desire that it may be received by all as such, first I do Will and positively Order that all my lawfull debts be paid out of my worldly Estate, then I give to my Dearly beloved wife all and singular my lands on which I now live as well as all the other property which I now possess or own which she is to have wholy at her disposal for the support and bringing up of my children that are now under age all which she is to have during her widowhood and at her death or marriage the remainder of the Estate after bringing the aforesaid Children to be divided amongst my children in such a manner as that Peter and John my sons shall each have two shares and Laney, Hannah, Kitty, Leah, Mary, Charity, Sarah & Agness my Daughters shall each have one Share, further I do constitute and appoint my faithfull friends Anthony ^Middle Stuart? & William Williamson Executors of this my last will & Testament, and Guardians of my children.

Renouncing and disanulling all former wills & Testaments.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 17th day of July in the Year of our Lord 1806 and of the Commonwealth the thirty first.
