Relatives here were informed Sunday of the death in Hicksville, Ohio, of Dr. H.W. Cook. Dr. Cook was the husband of Mrs. Luella Scheidler Cook (sister of Rev. M.L. Scheidler of this city and Harry Scheidler of Indianapolis). Dr. Cook was a practicing physician in Defiance county, Ohio, since a young man, and was active in the practice of medicine up to his final illness of influenza, less than two weeks ago. He is survived by the widow, 4 children and several grandchildren. Rev. Scheidler and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Biser attended the funeral at that place Tuesday afternoon.
