My will and pleasure is that of my wife marry again and cannot rule the children that Mr. Robert BOLLING, shall have my son Henry and be his gaurdian ------ till they come to age, and then their estates with them.------------

Item. I make and ordain constitute and appoint my loving wife and Mr. Robert BOLLING my Executors and Executrix of this my last will and testament and do utterly revoke all former wills and testaments brought to appraisement, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixed my seal this 31 day of October in the year before written. Signed sealed and declared in presence of whose names are hereunto subscribed Henry H. Chamniss His mark Robert Jeffreys, Tho. Addison, Hugh H. Golightly Proved 9 June 1719
