Henry married his first wife, Sarah Hill, in about 1662 at Milford, Connecticut (now within New Haven County, Connecticut). Sarah was the daughter of John and Frances Hill.

After Sarah passed away, Henry married for a second time to a woman named Rebecca (Sherwood) Rose at Stratford in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Rebecca was the widow of Robert Rose. Henry, who was a shoemaker by trade, died in 1690 at Stratford, Connecticut. (Descendants of George Allen)
