    Henry Archer married Henrietta VanHorn, daughter of Richard the first (senior) on Jan. 6,1842. He married, second, Edith (Cook) Brittain, widow of Nelson Brittain. Henry Archer was the son of William Gates Archer and Miss Mulhall.
