1. Wife Susanna
2. Son-in-law John Jones is to received a one-fourth part of the following plantations: (a.) 106 acres situate on the Paxton and Reading roads and (b.) 79 acres adjoining Nicholas Zerfass.
3. Eldest son John Miller and son Henry Miller are to receive the residue of the above plantations.
4. Daughter Elizabeth is to receive money out of the real estate.
5. Daughter Susanna has her choice of certain animals.
6. Executors: John Jones & John Johnson
7. Witnessed by Henrich Brendel, Ludwig Hocher, and Christian Bitter (?)

    25 ½ a. Cocalico tp.: HISTORY: By his last will & testament dated 9 Jan 1778, Henry Miller, late of Cocalico tp., devised one-fourth of 106a Cocalico tp. to the said John Jones. He devised the residue to his sons John & Henry [also parties hereto]. The devisees have since divided the property, with 25 ½ a. being allotted to son John.

    T3-217: The following information is added to the preceding indenture (T3-215). John Jones, surveyor, late of Cocalico tp., died intestate. On 7 Mar 1804, the Orphans Court confirmed his real estate, consisting of 49 ½ a. Cocalico tp., to his eldest son Jesse Jones-subject to paying the other children equal shares of the valuation. Now, by this indenture, Martin Dubs & his wife Sarah (she being a daughter of the said John Jones) release their right & title to the said land. Of note, Martin Dubs affirms his signature in Philadelphia in 1805.
