Born in Fort Wayne, he was a restaurant and a bar owner in Indiana for many years. Surviving are his wife, Barbara; a son, Ed; a daughter, Vickie; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; three brothers; and a sister. He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel. Private services.
