Hannah's parents are George and Abial, known because the will of George Harrington of Brookfield mentioned William Whitney, Hannah Spring, and Phinehas Whitney, children of Hannah Whitney, deceased as well as wife Abiel (see Source:Weis, Frederick Lewis. Early Generations of the Family of Robert Harrington of Watertown, Massachusetts, 1634, and Some of His Descendants, p. 23). That Hannah's birth is as cited above. The incorrect date of 31 Jul 1716 belongs to Hannah, d/o George Harrington and Hephzibah Fiske (see here).
