Case 66389 Wilson Grace Spencer 1800.

Will of "Grace Wilson, widow, of Spencer ... Spinster being aged and weak in body", dated 10 Oct 1794, signed 24 Oct 1794, filed 6 May 1800, Proved 3 Jun 1810, names daughter Grace Wilson; son Samuel Wilson; son Isaac Wilson; daughter Lucy Wilson; daughter Abigal Hamilton; daughter Mary Livermore; son Azariah Wilson. Samuel Denny Esq'r to be executor.
[Note: Source:Stevens, Ken. Descendants of John Wilson of Woburn, Massachusetts, p. 70, say "Grace's will was not offered for probate until 1826", but that is clearly incorrect since it was proved in 1800. He must have gotten confused by the presence of a probate file covering the assignment of a guardian for daughter Grace Wilson, who was non compos mentis, after the mother's son/daughter's brother, Samuel, died 1 Jan 1826.]
