Court distr: Mrs Sarah Carver relict to dec'd; Mr Samuel Carver eld son; Jonathan Carver 2nd son; David Carver 3rd son; Benjamin Carver 4th son; Sarah Pain eld dau; Hannah Carver 2nd dau. Court appts Capt Joseph Adams, Mr Solomon Tracy, Mr John Felch all of Canterbury distributors. Court appts Mrs John Dyer of Canterbury gdn to Jonathan Carver, David Carver, and Hannah Carver they desiring the same. Court appts Mr Solomon Pain of Canterbury gdn of Benjamin Carver.     [Note David Carver was both Father-in-law to Solomon Payne (via his dau Sarah) and brother-in-law of John Dyer (via his second wife Hannah Dyer). Hannah Dyer was sister to John Dyar and upon the death of Hannah (Dyer) Carver and John Carver, John Dyer became guardian to her surviving children]

  3.   link "my Estate divided amongst them equally and so to pay out wits their mother in case of marriage again are Benjamin Dyer, John Dyer, Thomas Dyer and Hannah Dyer and Mehittabel Dyer..." Note also the will of John Baxter father of Hannah Baxter where it is clear that in 1717/8 Hannah Baxter is both "Hannah Moss, widow" and mother of Benjamin, John, Thomas, Hannah (now Carver), "to my grand children Benjamin, John, & Thomas Dyer & they to pay their 3 sisters, to Hannah Carver £30, Mehitable Dyer £20, Sarah Dyer £20"
