From the Bartlett Society On 10 Aug 1690 Hannah Silvester, dau. of Hannah Bartlett, admonished for committing folly with Joseph Silvester, the child born about three months after the marriage. On 20 Jun 1694 Joseph Bartlett deeded land to his dau. Hannah "now wife of my son-in-law Joseph Silvester of Plymouth." On 13 Apr 1718 Solomon, Joseph, Ebenezer, Hannah, Mary, Thankful and Content children of Joseph Silvester were baptized at Plymouth. Joseph and Hannah Silvester of Plymouth made a joint will dated 1 Nov 1734, proved 4 Mar 1754, naming son Sollomon Silvester; children of son Joseph Silvester, deceased; daughters Hannah Holmes, Mary Rider, Thankful Rider and Content Holmes. From Mayflower Descendant Joseph Bartlet Senr of Plimouth... yeoman for and in consideration of the natural Love and affection I have and Bear unto my Welbeloved Daughter Hanah the now Wife of my son in Law Joseph Silvester of Plimouth yeoman... have Given... All that my piece or lott of Land at Monament ponds in... plimouth... Dated 20 Jun 1694. References
