Glenn “Posey” E. Flowers, 83, lived in Kenton.

Personal Information: Glenn was born July 6th, 1928 to the late Luther and Zelda (Hankins) Flowers. He graduated from Kenton High School in 1948 and married Dora E. Clark February 12th, 1954. He was retired farmer and drove a school bus for Kenton City Schools. He was a member of Walnut Grove Church and Goshen Grange. Mr. Flowers enjoyed playing Santa Clause when he was younger and he loved his grandchildren.

Survived By: Mr. Flowers is survived by his wife: Dora Flowers, four sons: Daryl (Kathy) Flowers of Kenton, Jerry (JoDene) Flowers of Kenton, Steve (Tina) Flowers of Kenton, and Kim (Kimberly) Flowers of North Carolina, nine grandchildren: Lynn (Mike) Brim, Mark (Sheri) Flowers, Todd Flowers, Diane (Ryan) Klenke, Gail Flowers, Matthew Flowers, Sarah (Chris) Milne, Hannah Flowers, and Nolan Flowers, four great-grandchildren: Sage Flowers, Wyatt Flowers, Kate Klenke, Abegail Flowers, and one sister: Doris (Virden) Ault of Kenton. His parents preceded him in death along with one son: Dennis and one brother: Raymond.

Funeral Services: Price Funeral Home in Kenton is handling the arrangements. Funeral services will be Friday, July 6th, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Jeff Waite officiating. Interment will follow in Otterbein Cemetery in Mt. Victory. Friends may call Thursday, July 5th, 2012 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hardin County Hospice or Goshen Grange Scholarship Fund in care of Price Funeral Home 123 North Main Street Kenton Ohio 43326.
