WATTERWORTH PASSES IN DETROIT The death occurred at Detroit on Friday of Mrs. Gertrude Watterworth, widow of the late Wentworth Watterworth, aged 68 years. A native of Ingersoll she had lived in Detroit for the past 41 years. Mrs. Watterworth, [formerly Gertrude Tune], is survived by two sons, Bruce and Loyal, Detroit; two brothers, George Tune, London and William J. Tune, Ingersoll, and one sister, Mrs. H. D. McCarty,Ingersoll. The funeral was held from the Preston W. Walker Funeral Homeon Monday afternoon, with service conducted by Rev. H. E. Merifield. Temporary entombment took place in the Ingersoll Mausoleum. The pallbearers were Bruce Watterworth, Loyal Watterworth, Basil Wilson, James Sinclair, J. L. Fleet, Ralph McCarty. |
