    B. J. Kirkpatrick, for many years a resident of Lima, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Everella Kessler, in Elvaston. He was born in Nashville, Tenn., April 8, 1826, and was therefore past ninety years of age. He came to Adams county with his parents when he was two years of age and resided near Lima for forty years. His wife, who was Miss Mary Turner Orr of Lima, died February 27 of this year. Besides Mrs. Kessler he leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Nora Bartholomew of Folsom, Cal., and Mrs. Gertrude Alexander of Hope, Ark. "
