  • "Sir Gerald FitzJohn FitzGerald, of Blackwood Cloncurry, Courtduffe, Ballysonan, etc, Received on 10th Nov. 24 Henry VIII., pardon of Intrusion with his third wife “Margaret FitzGeralde, and especially said Margaret forasmuch as that she , after the death of Simon Petyde, late the King’s tenant of the manors of Molingare & Irishton, Meath County, married Edmund, the King’s tenant of the manor of Molenley, same County, she married said Sir Gerald FitzJohn FitzGerald, found in the Communix Rolls of the Irish Exchequer, to have died 10th Nov., 24 Henry VIII [1532]."
