The wife was the former Helen Rector of Culver, Indiana. Their weddingwas held at the home of the bride's parents Mr. and Mrs. Tao Rector,East Side Road, Maxinkuckee. They are the parents of two children; Mrs. A. J. (Frances) Wetzel ofElkhart and Howard Rinkel of Greenfield Mills. They have eightgrandchildren. The first six years of their married life was spent at Nevada Mills. In1926 they moved to Greenfield Hills where they resumed their interest inthe flour business."
