    George W. McClain, 92, of 4646 Yoder Rd., died at 12:15 p.m. Friday in Allen Inn.

    Born May 23, 1881, in Perry Township, he was the son of Isaac and Mary Crumine McClain. He was married Sept. 1, 1900, to Florence Severns, who survives.

    Also surviving are four sons, Walter of 898 Western Ohio, Waldo of 2192 E. 4th, Edward of Coca, Fla., Bernard of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Mrs. Welby (Mary) Widner of 2650 W. Market; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Bradley of 1535 W. market; 15 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.

    He was a retired farmer and employe of Perry Township.

    Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

    Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
