To my beloved wife MARIAH B. JOHNSON, all my property, both personal and real as long as she remains my widow. If it becomes necessary to her support and comfort, the personal property shall remain hers. 3. After the decease of my wife, all my real estate and any remaining personal property shall be equally divided among my 4 children: WILLIAM N. JOHNSON, EDGAR C. JOHNSON, DORA ELIZABETH RODERICK and NANNIE JANE CRIGGER. If any of them shall die before my wife, then their share shall go to their heirs. 4. I appoint my wife MARIAH B. JOHNSON Executrix.
