citing the death certificate of George William Harrison (via 2006 email from Tom McKnelley, a lookup volunteer in Clay County, Illinois): "Clay County Death Records, Book 2 (1902-1907), page 22 and reads as follows: white - male - 77y 2m 29d; date of death: 2 February 1902; widower; born in Ohio; a farmer; died of "paralysis" (most likely a stroke) which had hit him 24 hours earlier; buried in Elmwood Cemetery (same as the Flora Cemetery); doctor: Bowman; undertaker: Sheppard & Gaddis."
