George Fort was in Company E 8th, Iowa Inf. Vol. for four years. Bailey Funeral Home Records, Polo, Missouri Advocate, Hamilton, Hamilton, Missouri July 29, 1926 MIRABILE George Fort, a former resident of Mirabile vicinity, passed away at his home in Polo Thursday. The funeral was held at Polo Friday afternoon and the remains were brought here for burial.
