!NEWSPAPER; Waterloo Man Left Most of his Estate to Niece. The DeKalb Circuit court in Auburn admitted to probate Friday the will of a Waterloo area farmer, George B. Duncan. Mr. Duncan died July 20, 1959, at the age of 84. His estate is estimated at $20,000 in real estate with personal property of the $7,000. Howard S. Grimm, Jr. of Anderson, IN, qualified as executor by filing a bond of $10,000 with the Western Casualty Insurance Co, as surety. Judge Pro Tempore Hugh G. Sanders approved the bond and ordered for issue letters testamentary. The will provided that his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Bertha M. Duncan of Rt 2, Waterloo, be left $700 a year for each year she served as his housekeeper since the death of her husband and Mr. Duncan son, Vern Duncan, who was killed in July, 1949, in a shooting accident. A nephew, Max Bowen of Lebanon, IN and a niece, June Purdy of Madison, CT were left beuqests of $700 each {should be $50}. The rest of the estate was left to a niece, Ruth Bowen Kimball of Denver, Co. The will was executed June 18, 1958, and witnessed by Gloria J. Scott of Auburn and Howard S. Grimm, Jr.
