    The funeral service for George Albert Dark, 65, a former farmer of the Neepawa District who died Oct. 25th at Langley Prairie, B.C. was held in the United Church here at 2 P.M. on Monday Nov. 1st. Rev. W.A. Osborne officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
    The Pall Bearers were; W.J. Pollock, Herb McLaren, J.W. Coutt and R.A. Burns of Neepawa, J.H. Coutts of Newdale, Man. and E.A. Coutts of Winnipeg.
    Mr. Dark was born in Neepawa on March 17th 1883 and educated in the Union School District. He married Margaret E. Coutts in 1909 and they resided on a farm in the Neepawa District until their retirement in 1945 when they moved to British Columbia.
    Surviving are his widow and one son James G. Dark of Winnipeg. Also his father, Mr. James Dark of Neepawa. Another child Morris E. Dark died in 1924.
