- ↑ "Rev. George Culler, 56, died at his home in Woodland, Michigan, onSunday, April 15, following a stroke of apoplexy. Rev. Culler wasapparently in the best of health and occupied his pulpit in the morning.After dinner he became suddenly ill and died shortly after. He served aspastor of the Church of the Brethren at that place. Rev. Culler was theson of David J. and Malinda Culler, and was born and reared north ofLouisville, Ohio. Before moving to Wayne County, Ohio, he taught in thedistrict schools around Louisville. He is survived by his wife and a sonand a daughter. Also four brothers, Edward, of Alabama; Charles, ofColorado; Curtis and Robert, of Iowa; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Shiver, ofChicago, Ill. Funeral services were held in Woodland, Michigan, onWednesday,
