George¹ Clark, "Farmer," died at Milford, Conn., August, 1690; married Sarah -----, who died at Milford, July 19, 1689. Sarah was admitted to the First Church, Milford, Nov. 22, 1640, as wife of "George Clerck Junior," and opposite the entry is added her date of death. A few names below is entered the admission of "George Clerck" on Feb. 21, 1640/1, described as "husband to Sarah above mentioned," with the added notation of his death.
