Have not confirmed it, but I believe that this George Betz is that living with the Margaret Betz, widow, in 1905 city directory. I also believe he's the George D. Betz buried at Concordia with his father and mother and uncles and aunts. (Birth and death years obtained from tombstone.)

There's a George Butts, single, 36, in the Gowanda State Homeopathic Hospital during the 1920 Census (dated January).
