Terminis solutionis advenientibus pecuniarum summa a fidejussoribus erat exacta sed minima persoluta. Videns enim vir nummosus Galfridus filius Petri qui jacet apud Soldham, baroniam illam vice uxoris suae filiae videlicet Willielmi de Say sibi jure hereditario devolvendam, vendicabat, et instabat opportune et importune penes regem et ejus ministros.
