29th of the 10th Month 1803, the Representatives being called were present
The Committee appointed to Inspect into the complaint against Frederick Newby Reports that they think by What was made appear, he is guilty of geting ~ in a passion Using profane & Unbecoming Language ~ he being present Requests a Rehearing which the meeting grants & continues the former Committee Except Thomas Thornbrugh and appoints Thomas Brooshire & William Haistings to have the Matter under Care and attend to the Allegations on both sides an Report ther Sence & judgement to Next Meeting.
