She was born 10 Sep 1904 in Pocahontas, Poca hontas Co., Ia., the daughter of Frank and Arcana Celestia (Pascal) Reyburn. She married (1 ) Myron L. Hartley, and had daughter Darlene Cecilia Hartley, b. 15 Sept 1924 in Dewitt, Clin ton Co., Ia. Darlene married Donald G. Hudek, 27 July 1946. Frank and Lucy lived near Pocah ontas, Ia., but may have spent time in Arizona, as his social security card was issued there . He was a farmer in Pocahontas Co., Ia. They were Methodists.
