    Frank B. Lawton, son of Giles F. and Maria Webster Lawton, was born at Albion, Wis., October 18, 1857, and passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Simpson, in Battle Creek, Mich., October 30, 1933.
    He was baptized April 3, 1877, and united with the Albion Seventh Day Baptist Church, to which he gave loyal and devoted service, being always especially helpful and thoughtful of his pastor. He was married October 24, 1883, to Dora Potter. He leaves three children: Giles, Steven, and Helen (Mrs. Lloyd Simpson); two grandchildren, and a brother Fred, all of Battle Creek, Mich.
    Farewell services were had at Albion, November 1, 1933, conducted by Rev. E. A. Witter, in the absence of the pastor. Text Matthew 24: 44.

    Albion - Frank Billings Lawton, 76, for many years a resident here, died Monday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Simpson, Battle Creek, Mich., according to word received here Tuesday.
    He was born here Oct. 18, 1857, and was mail clerk for 18 years in this territory. Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Simpson; two sons, Giles and Stephen Lawton, two grandchildren, and a brother, Fred, all of Battle Creek and a half-brother Charles Lawton, Milton Junction.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Seventh Day Baptist church, Albion, with the Rev. A. E. Witter, Walworth, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
