    "being Sick and weak in Body" bequeaths to:
    1. Rev. Robert Plunkett - to have the sum of 5 pounds current money
    2. Rev. Leonard Neale - friend - to have the sum of 5 pounds current money
    3. Rev. Francis Neale - friend - to have the sum of 5 pounds current money
    4. Anne Queen - wife - to have the remainder of the estate both real and personal until testator's son Francis arrives at the age of 25 for her support, and the support, maintenance and education Of testator's sons, to have one third of the estate when testator's son William arrives at the age of 21, named executrix of the will
    5. William Queen - son - to have one third of the estate
    6. Francis Queen - son - to have one third of the estate and should he die before coming of age then the share left to him to fall to testator's son William

    Codicil to the will, 18 Nov 1804:
    Anne Queen - wife - executrix is instructed to sell Negroes or any part of the personal estate and invest the money from the sale in bank stock for her support and the support of testator's sons.
