Because Frances Wattmer was b abt 1565, md Robert Wynne abt 1590 & d 8 Sep 1609, it is not possible that she could have been the d/o William & Joanna Hatch.  She was instead a sister and he was the William Wattmer who was caretaker of her and Robert Wynne's children after she & Robert died of the plague in 1609.
