Frances was listed on the 1850 census in Brunswick Co, VA as head of household. She and her children were with the William J. Browder and Sarah Browder family. I believe that Sarah was Sterling and Frances' daughter, but I'm not totally sure of that. Also a "Nicy Parish" age 64 was with them. I believe this is Frances' widowed mother Vicey Parish.

I haven't done much additional research on this family other than to find the marriage records of some of the children. This family remained in Brunswick Co, VA for many years after this.
