No direct proof that she is a child of Samuel and Cora Ann, but seems highly likely. Samuel and Cora had several daughters who apparently never married and were home with them in 1800, 1830 and 1840. In 1850 Samuel and Cora had died, but Frances, Elizabeth and Artimissia Burns were living together in Johnson Co., TN, apparent "old maids" and next door to Sarah Burns Clawson, another suspected child of Samuel and Cora.
