Florence Kathryn Jones, age 83, of rural Seneca, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Mercy Hospital following an extended illness.
Florence was born April 14, 1932 in Dalhart , TX to the late Leslie Davis, Sr. and Elvena Davis Davis Wehmeier. She was a retired hairdresser and a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Seneca.
On May 18, 1948, she married Ivan Lee Jones in New Mexico. He preceded her in death on June 18, 2011. She is additionally preceded in death by two brothers, Leslie Davis, Jr. and David Davis.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church in Seneca with Rev. Fred Mills officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
