Obituary - THE COFFEYVILLE DAILY JOURNAL, February 17, 1931 Death Came Today to Mrs. Florence Livingston Here Mrs. Florence Livingston, 77, widow of Frank Livingston, died at noon today at the home of her son, A. R. Livingston, 120 Grace Boulevard, after an illness of two weeks. Death was ascribed to uremic poisoning. Mrs. Livingston was born March 11, 1853 at Lee Center, Ill. and had been a resident of Coffeyville for the past twenty-four years. Her husband died here seven years ago. Surviving relatives include two sons. A. R. Livingston and R. B. Livingston, the latter of Madison, Kansas; a daughter Mrs. Ernest Rhodes of Howard; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Fox of Phoenix, Ariz., and six grandchildren. All of her children were with Mrs. Livingston when death came and will be here for the funeral, but Mrs. Fox, due to illness in her family, was not able to come here to be with her sister in her last illness. Funeral services, in charge of Rev. William I. Hastie, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal Church, will be held at 2 o'clock Thur. afternoon at the Carl V. Cash funeral home. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. (Nellie Fox was a daughter, not a sister).
