Note Betty Elaine Ruffner/Loughner, born abt 1930, no death date found. Donna Ruffner lists Betty Peach as her sister. Florence May Loughner was living with her parents in 1930. Henry Paul Lauffer, in 1934, lists his wife as Florence and lists only the 4 children given in the 1930 census (along with a previous wife). His death certificate in 1936 lists Florence as wife. His obituary in 1936 lists 5 children including Betty.

In the 1940 census Betty Ruffner is living with Edward Ruffner and his wife Florence and is described as a step-daughter, Westmoreland county.

Betty Peach lived with her husband William Samuel Peach in the 1950 census, Westmoreland county. They married in 1948 (Her name: Betty Elaine Loughner). William's obituary has his wife as Betty Loughner Peach.
