    MADISON - Mrs. Florence A. Simmons, 64, Madison, died Wednesday at a Madison nursing home.
    She was born Dec. 12, 1916, at Nowata, Okla., the daughter of Renold and Emma Head Livingston. She moved from Kansas City to Madison in 1972.
    Mrs. Simmons was a homemaker and member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Madison.
    She married Homer P. Simmons Aug. 17, 1936 at Auburn, Neb. He died Dec. 23, 1977. She also was preceded in death by a son, Homer Lee Simmons.
    Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Janet McGrury, Beatrice, Neb. and Mrs. Cheryl Moran, Iola, a stepdaughter, Mrs. Christine Jones, Belleville, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Fern Taggart, Madison, a brother, Walter Livingston, Emporia; and five grandchildren.
    Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Blakely Cemetery northwest of Madison. Memorial contributions may be made to Madison Manor Nursing Home in care of the funeral home.
