Eve bore 6 children...3 still living at her death.. She & Lawrence also adopted 3 more. During the 1880 census at Pine twp, Montcalm co, MI...a "dau" Florence age 8 is listed in the household..prob one of adopted children.

Eve's obit mentions one adopted dau, Mrs. O. F. DELL, of Pine twp attending the funeral.

As a girl, in Canada, Eve belonged to Wesleyan Methodist church. In Michigan, she & Lawrence joined the Methodist Episcopal church. She lived in Howard City 22 years. She died at their residence on Orton St.

Died of Meningitis, Arteriosclerosis & Senility... father Benjamin's birthplace given as New York, mother's as Switzerland.

Sep 1998 Corey Janene MARENTETTE wrote to Leon L DELL at 7678 Howard City Edmore Road, Lakeview, MI 48850-8382...but never rec'd any response.
