    Esther appointed administrator of her husband's estate with son Joseph on 5 Sep 1720. She is mentioned as "Esther Chase", guardian to her granddaughter Elizabeth Robinson on 16 Jan 1722/23.

    Elizabeth Robinson was apparently the only surviving child of Joseph and Abigail (Chase) Robinson since her grandmother is named as her guardian and neither Joseph nor Abigail took part in the settlement of Sergeant Aquila's estate.
