Married first Nancy Jane Lucas, then second Martha C. Rodgers. Enoch's obituary read: "Enoch A Hager, one of the pioneer citizens of the county, who has resided in Six Mile creek for the past 50 years, to our knowledge, and perhaps a number of years before our time, passed to the Great beyond on Tuesday (Mar 21, 1922) of this week. His death was due to Bright's Disease, from which he had suffered for some time. Mr. Hager was a good citizen and will be missed by the people in his neighborhood."
