- ↑ "Emerson C Hogan, 58, of Harpster was treated at Wyandot Medical centerin Upper Sandusky Wednesday for minor injuries suffered whenconstruction equipment he was operating collided with a semi-tractortrailer rig east of Upper Sandusky. Highway patrolmen said the accidentat 2:10pm on US 30-N a mile east of Upper Sandusky. A flagman motionedfor Ralph W. Collins, 39, of Muncie, Ind., to drive his truck through aconstruction area and Hogan crossed the road into his path, patrolmensaid. Hogan was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way, patrolmensaid."
