   Elmer V. Loughner, 81, of Jeannette, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 25, 2008, in Excela Health Jeannette Hospital. He was born July 27, 1926, in Penn Township, a son of the late John and Maude Fennell Loughner. Before retiring, he was employed for 43 years by the Elliott Co., Jeannette. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and liked to hunt and fish. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Orrie Loughner, and three sisters, Naomi Rupe, Dolores Hoenshell and Geraldine Hyde. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Norma Jean Stern Loughner; two sons, Daniel and Adam Loughner; two daughters, Sandy Tomer and husband John and Kimberly Loughner; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Huey Loughner, and two sisters, Junie Musick and Vera Jury.
