Ellen, youngest daughter of Alexander Anderson of Geelong, married Robert Corney esq. of Lake River 20aug1846 at Geelong, Port Phillip, Victoria (Courier, Hobart). Robert Corney (b. 1810) d. 1863 at Launceston, Tasmania (archive). Ellen, relict of late Robert Corney esq. of Lake River, Tasmania, married William Kent O’Keeffe esq., JP of Launceston, Tasmania, 17feb1866 at St. Kilda, Victoria (Launceston Examiner and Mercury, Hobart). Cecilia, mother of Elinor, wrote (1868) in her will: Helen, widow of late Robert Corney, esq. of Lake Farm, Tasmania, and now wife of William O’Keefe of Launceston, should purchase a memorial to me (scotlandspeople). Ellen Anderson had a niece, Jemima Tod, who married Arthur Corney, brother of Robert.
